  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 12 pieces wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, chopped fresh rosemary, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
