  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Remove the ham from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, lemon zest, black pepper, and sea salt for the glaze. Whisk until well combined.
