  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thoroughly wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes. Leave the skins on for added flavor and nutrition. Cut the potatoes into evenly sized cubes, about 1 inch in size, to ensure they cook evenly.
