  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. You can do this by wrapping it in a clean kitchen towel and placing a heavy pan on top for 15 minutes.
