Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Directions

Step 1

Peel and pit the ripe avocados, then scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add the baby spinach to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixing bowl with the avocado.

Step 4

To the mixing bowl, add the chopped spinach, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice.
