Ingredients

  • 3 whole Garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 grams Canned tuna, preferably in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, rinsed and drained
  • 0.5 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 grams Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic to the oil and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Step 3

Add the canned tuna, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook for 3-4 minutes until it is heated through.

Step 4

Stir in the capers and crushed red pepper flakes, cooking for another 1-2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
