Ingredients

  • 400 grams lean beef sirloin

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin across the grain into strips about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

Prepare the vegetables: Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, cut the zucchini into half-moons, finely chop the red onion, halve the cherry tomatoes, and mince the garlic.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
