  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium Lemon, juiced
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 small Garlic clove, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 200 grams Mixed salad leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the prawns, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion gently. Be careful not to mash the avocado pieces.
