Ingredients

  • 200 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 80 milliliters Extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 milliliters Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Almonds, chopped
  • 100 grams Walnuts, chopped
  • 100 grams Pistachios, chopped
  • 100 grams Hazelnuts, chopped
  • 150 grams Honey
  • 100 grams Dried dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Add the extra virgin olive oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add the cold water and mix until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
