  • 2 pieces whole grain sandwich rolls
  • 4 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while preparing the grill.
