  • 0.5 large Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the cucumber thoroughly. Cut it in half lengthwise, then slice each half into thin semi-circles. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, freshly chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to make the spread.
