  • 4 pieces Fresh whole crab
  • 2 large Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Sea salt
  • 6 quarts Water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the crabs under cold water and set aside.

Fill a large pot with 6 quarts of water and add sea salt, sliced lemons, bay leaves, and black peppercorns.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the crabs to the pot.
