Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 100 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 pieces whole wheat slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 large sliced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, parsley, feta cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about the size of a slider bun.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the beef patties to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
