  • 8 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, chopped chipotle pepper, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
