  • 8 leaves Lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 half cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 quarter cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 piece Lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
