  • 5 grams Ground cumin
  • 5 grams Ground coriander
  • 5 grams Turmeric
  • 2 grams Cayenne pepper
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 5 grams Black pepper
  • 15 grams Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 pieces Bamboo skewers

Directions

Step 1

Start by soaking bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
