  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 small Jalapeño
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil (for sauce)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for sauce)
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
