  • 1 unit red bell pepper, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 unit green bell pepper, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 unit red onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and set aside in a large bowl.
