  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the boneless, skinless chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
