  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Coriander seeds, crushed

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and water to form a stiff dough. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Mince the boneless chicken breast finely or pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.
