Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces whole wheat wraps
  • 1 piece cucumber, sliced
  • 1 piece tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 piece red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 200 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 100 grams feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

To the chicken, add olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to thoroughly coat the chicken pieces.

Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
