Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on each side, about 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
