Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 8 tomato slices
  • 12 cucumber slices
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup tzatziki sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
