  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 0.5 teaspoon Anchovy paste (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and coat them with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
