Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the mixed greens, then place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Add them to the salad bowl.

Pit and slice the Kalamata olives, and thinly slice the red onion. Add both to the salad mixture.
