  • 2 pieces Whole grain burger buns
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 whole Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.25 whole Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

In a shallow dish, mix together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
