  • 0.5 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
