  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat flatbreads

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, chopped red onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.

Add the ground cumin, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and salt to the meat mixture.
