  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no pink remains inside.
