  • 1000 milliliters vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Peel the burdock root and cut it into thin slices. Soak in water with a little lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent.
