Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 pieces Whole grain slider buns
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sliced cucumber
  • 0.25 cup Sliced red onion
  • 1 cup Arugula leaves
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly coat the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
