Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 medium Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Fresh parsley
  • 15 g Fresh mint
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion, garlic, parsley, and mint.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, and mint.

Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the mixture. Use your hands to combine thoroughly.
