Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Peel the bottle gourd, remove seeds if necessary, and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger.

Dice the tomatoes and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
