Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
