  • 1 green chili
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 0.5 cup coconut, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely grate the beetroot. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Once hot, add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.

Add the curry leaves, allowing them to crisp up for a few seconds.
