  • 4 whole Garlic bulbs
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Carefully peel off only the outer layers of the garlic bulbs, leaving the individual garlic cloves intact and the skins on.

Using a sharp knife, cut about 1/4 inch off the top of each garlic bulb to expose the tops of the cloves.

Place the garlic bulbs cut side up on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Drizzle each garlic bulb with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, making sure to cover all the exposed cloves.
