  • 4 pieces Whole wheat wraps
  • 2 pieces Ripe avocados
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 piece Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits. Using a spoon, scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Finely slice the red onion and chop the Kalamata olives. Roughly chop the parsley.
