  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.
