Ingredients

  • 500 grams button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping off any dirt with a damp paper towel. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half or quarters for even cooking.

Mince the garlic and chop the fresh parsley. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms release their liquid and start to brown.
