  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Trim the pork tenderloin of any silver skin and slice it crosswise into 1-inch thick medallions.

Step 2

Season the pork medallions on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork medallions in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary).
