  • 100 grams Breadcrumbs

  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 250 ml Heavy cream
  • 200 ml Chicken broth
  • 150 grams Fresh spinach
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped, for garnish Parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.

Step 2

Form the meat mixture into small, even-sized balls, about the size of a golf ball. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
