  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the liquid.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumb mixture, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
