  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 0.25 cup Onion, finely minced or grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let them sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
