Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until well combined, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
