  • 0.5 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 large (or flax egg for vegan option) egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole burger buns
  • 0 optional, as desired toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
