  • 0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.

Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until fully browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Slice the cooked sausage into small pieces.
