  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season each chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
