  • 2 pieces Whole-grain bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Tomato slices
  • 4 leaves Spinach leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven broiler to high or set your toaster oven to the broil setting.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the canned tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onion, celery, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
