  • 6 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place the potato chunks in a large pot of salted water and bring it to a boil.
