Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

Step 3

Add the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, minced garlic, parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Step 4

Using your hands or a large spoon, mix the ingredients until they are evenly incorporated. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the meatballs tough.

Step 5

Using a medium-sized cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.

Step 6

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Step 7

Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for a few minutes. Serve immediately with marinara sauce, pasta, or as desired.
